About Vinera Wine Society

You can be a part of the Vinera Wine Society by joining the Vinera Wine Club (monthly subscription), purchasing a minimum of $300 of wine, or joining us on one of our Vinera Wine & Travel tours. By joining the Vinera Wine Club, we will send 3 bottles of curated wine that fit your preferences and introduce you to new varietals. Your monthly subscription box will include collectable wine cards that share the story behind each bottle and wine knowledge you can share with your friends and family. Exclusively to Vinera Wine Club members, monthly subscribers are eligible for 10% off ALL wine orders.

There is no membership fee to join Vinera Wine Society! Once you have signed up for our Vinera Wine Club, purchased a minimum of $300 in wine, or traveled with us, you are part of the Vinera Wine Society.

Many of our wines are completely exclusive. Our portfolio consists of imported wines made in partnership with some of the finest winemakers in the world. We collaborate directly with our family-run wineries to curate a truly unique selection of vintages that can’t be found anywhere else.


You can purchase Vinera wines by shopping our wine portfolio. After your first purchase of $300 or more, you’re automatically part of the Vinera Wine Society!

We’re happy to hear you found a new favorite wine! To order more, simply look for it on the wine portfolio page, If you see the wine there, we still have bottles available, so go ahead and purchase a case! Online orders are calculated by the case (12 bottles of one kind of wine), but we do have the option to mix and match your favorites if you’d like. Just contact your personal wine consultant or contact us.

Don’t forget that Vinera Wine Club members get 10% off their wine orders – discounts will be deducted after checkout.

Once an order has been charged, unfortunately it can no longer be cancelled as it has already begun making its way to you. By California and Federal law, we are unable to accept returns or refunds of alcoholic beverages unless the product is physically damaged. We will happily replace the same or a similar substitute for any damaged or flawed wines purchased.

If  returning the order is preferred, we’d be happy to find the best solution for you. Please note orders returned to Vinera Wine Society may be subject to a shipping and restocking fee up to the total value of the order.


Your order will usually ship within 2 weeks (10 business days) of successful processing. If the weather does not permit, we may hold your shipment until better shipping conditions.

For certain states, such as Hawaii, our shipping timeframes are longer (up to 3 to 4 weeks) given third party delivery relationships. In order to provide free delivery, please make note of ALL shipping requirements for Hawaii residents:

1) All shipping addresses MUST be a business/commercial address (not a home office). If you are currently receiving your packages at home or another residential address, please reach out to our office or your personal wine consultant to provide us with a business address for all future shipments. If you cannot receive your package at a business address, we can ship to your nearest FedEx pick-up location. When you pick up at a FedEx Office or FedEx OnSite (Walgreens), your package will be held at the specified location for up to 5 business days. Please reach out to our office or your personal wine consultant to provide us with a FedEx pick-up location of your choice.

2) Monthly wine club deliveries will be shipped two at a time. Therefore, you will receive two monthly wine clubs every two months. We will continue billing on a monthly basis, as always – just make sure your credit card is up to date to avoid payment errors and delays.

3) Other wine orders by the case will be shipped once a full pallet has been packed in our warehouse. In order to maximize the available airspace on a pallet, shipping schedules may vary. We can estimate that the shipping schedule could follow every other month (Jan, March, May, July, September, November).

Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be edited after successfully processing your order. If you decide to update your address in your profile, after the order is processed, it will not apply to the current order and will only update for future orders. If you have delivery concerns for this order, there are a few options which may be helpful. Please feel free to contact us so we can help find the best solution for you.

All wine club shipments are eligible for FREE SHIPPING! If you’d like to use a different shipping method (Express, 2-Day, or Overnight), this will be an additional cost.

Wine orders by the case are eligible for FREE SHIPPING over $150.00. If your wine order is under $150.00 (before sales tax), you will be charged a flat rate of $25.00.

Since someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the delivery, there are a few options to give you a smooth shipping experience.

Apartment Office: If you live in an apartment building with a leasing manager, you might also want to check with them to see if they are available to sign for the package. You may also want to consider shipping to a friend or neighbor with whom you are friendly with and who is generally available to sign for packages.

Business Address: We recommend shipping your order to your place of work since a signature from someone 21+ is required.

FedEx Office: This is a great option for those who prefer flexibility. By sending your package to an eligible FedEx Office location, your shipment will be held for up to 5 business days and it’s free! All you need for pick up is your I.D. and your tracking number. You can either set the FedEx Office to be your default shipping address or you may follow these steps to arrange for pick-up for an on-route package.

Hawaii shipping: At this time, we are only able to delivery to the island of Oahu. In order to provide free shipping to Oahu, ALL orders must be delivered to a business address or FedEx pick-up location.
